Mediterranean chicken breast stuffed with olives and feta served with pomme pure and roasted rosa tomatoes

Durban Lamb Curry served in a crispy pompadum served with basmati rice and minted sambals garnished with fresh coriander and toasted coconut

Kingklip cooked to perfection served with herbd pomme pure and an assortment of garden fresh veg accompanied with a creamy dill sauce and garnished with a plump prawn

Dessert
Gooey Pecan nut pie with served with homemade vanilla ice cream
