Dear Terry
My sincere thanks for arranging the V&A Hotel for the Tata guests from India. As you probably know Tata have a 100 hotels worldwide, all of them 5 star and the wife of one of my colleagues who stayed in your hotel commented that not only was the hotel in a superb position, but the rooms were absolutely fantastic, the staff in the restaurants and the room staff were extremely courteous, well trained and so polite. They were a credit to the hotel. The visitors have thoroughly enjoyed their stay and are looking forward to returning.
