Directions to Newmark Hotels’ Head Office:

If travelling from Greenpoint or the CBD on Helen Suzman Boulevard into the V&A Waterfront on Portswood Road, the Commodore Hotel will be on your right. Take a right immediately after the Commodore Hotel into the Portswood Precint area. You will see an entrance to underground parking ahead, but do not proceed underground, instead drive straight on the road to the left of the underground parking entrance, past the Portswood Hotel main entrance. Turn left at the Allan Gray building, drive past the Queen Victoria Hotel entrance on your right, and at the T-junction where Dock House is in front of you, take a right and our building will be straight ahead in-between Dock House on the left, and the Queen Victoria Hotel on the right. You may park in one of the Dock House or Queen Victoria bays, just inform the security guard that you have a meeting at Newmark Hotels Head Office.

If travelling from the Atlantic Seaboard towards the V&A Waterfront on Beach Road, follow Beach Road through Mouille Point and Granger Bay all the way into the V&A Waterfront, where you will reach a T-junction. Take a right into Portswood Road and the first left into the Portswood Precint area (directly after the Everard Read Gallery building). The rest of the directions are the same as point 1 above.

If travelling into the V&A Waterfront from the N1 and N2 highways on Dock Road, pass the Aquarium on your right and follow the road until you reach the traffic circle just after the Ulundi undercover parking garage on the left. Take a left at the traffic circle into Portswood Road and the first left into the Portswood Precint area (directly after the Everard Read Gallery building). The rest of the directions are the same as point 1 above.
