We recently attended the launch of the Summer Menu of the Ambassador Hotel’s in-house restaurant, Salt in Bantry Bay, Cape Town..Summer has finally arrived in the Cape, after taking a little detour around the country and warming up.

The deal is you pay R185 for 500g of crayfish. You can have it hot or cold. I recommend cold – with some crusty bread and mayonnaise. I’d strongly recommend a chilled glass of wine to wash it down.
