Afrika Tikkun is an NGO that aims to empower communities to develop new generations of productive citizens through the implementation of a Holistic Development Model. The model is made up of five core areas that support a child’s development needs: Family Support services, Primary Health Care, Early Childhood Development, Child and Youth Development and Nutrition & Food Security.
Newmark Hotels is committed to supporting the community through allocating funds collected by generous donations of their guests to the Nutrition, Food Security and Support Services Programme, which includes community kitchens, vegetable gardens, weekend feeding, food parcels, emergency relief and lunch boxes.
Newmark Hotels is investing in the future generations of South Africa children believing that adequate nutrition allows children the opportunity to learn, grow and reach their full potential.
It costs R95 per month to ensure that one participant from our programmes is provided with nutritional support for a month.
